Site & intake notice

Privacy, stated the way the rest of this site is stated

This page describes what this site and its hosting platform observably do. It is a factual notice, not a legal agreement, and it claims nothing beyond what is listed here.

§ 01 — This site itself

What the site's own code does

This site has no accounts, no forms, no comment fields, and no upload widget. Its own code sets no cookies and runs no tracker, pixel, or session recorder of its choosing.

If you use the theme control, your choice is stored in your browser's local storage under the key sedona-theme so the page reopens the way you left it. That value never leaves your device.

§ 02 — The hosting platform

What the platform this site runs on does

The site is hosted on Lovable and served through Cloudflare. On the hosted deployment, the platform loads its own analytics beacon, which records page-view telemetry — browser and user-agent information, locale, a country derived from your timezone, the referring page, the path, and the full page URL — tied to a short-lived session identifier kept in your browser's storage. Cloudflare also sets an infrastructure cookie (__cf_bm) used for bot management.

These are behaviors of the hosting platform and the content-delivery network, not code Sedona wrote or controls. They are listed here because they happen when you visit, not because Sedona operates them.

§ 03 — Contact and intake

What a first note should and should not contain

Contact is by ordinary email to intake@sedonapayroll.com. There is deliberately no form on this site. Ordinary email is not a secure channel, and it is treated here as one.

A first note should contain no files and no worker information — no payroll registers, no timecards, no Social Security numbers, no bank details. Ordinary business context is enough: your company, the state or awarding agency, the job name or contract number, the reporting route, and the approximate number of workers on the job.

The reply tells you what the review needs and the transfer method available. Do not send payroll records until that reply arrives.
